The unique design of the Stesalit Double Ferrule Fitting is a testament to precision engineering. It is initially a four-part assembly consisting of a Nut, a Back Ferrule, a Front Ferrule, and the main Body of the fitting. Each part plays a critical role in ensuring a secure connection.
The Nut provides the necessary force to create the seal, while the Back and Front Ferrules work in tandem to grip and seal the tubing without causing any damage or deformation. The Body acts as the main structure, holding all components in place. Upon the integration of the tubing during the installation process, the fitting transforms into a five-component system. This design facilitates an even and strong compression around the tubing, leading to an exceptionally tight and reliable seal.
